How to make starch cake

Starch is often used to make liquids stickier, which is why it is used in many recipes, from sweets like pudding and rice with milk to various ways to make savory dishes like béchamel. In this article, we introduced you to another way to use starch, namely starch cake, using two different recipes: starch cake method and cocoa starch cake method.
Starch Pie Ingredients
4 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup starch
1 glass of oil
2 cups of flour
1 ½ cups orange juice
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

Sift flour into a bowl with cornstarch, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Place the eggs in the bowl with the vanilla and beat, then add the sugar and beat again.
Add orange zest and oil until blended.
Gradually add orange juice and flour mixture.
Place the cake in the mold and then send it to the oven.

Ingredients for cocoa starch cake
1 cup flour
5 eggs
½ cup cocoa
1 cup starch
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup liquid milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup oil
How to make cocoa starch cake
Whisk the eggs, vanilla and sugar in a bowl and beat again.
Gradually add the rest of the ingredients until you get a smooth creamy mixture.
Place the cake in the oven tray and push it in until it’s done.
