1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into medium cubes
5 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon melted butter
5 zucchini, washed and sliced

1 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cumin
Potato broth method
Heat the oil in a bowl, then add the onion and let it wilt.

2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons corn oil
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
How to make potato broth with meat
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into suitable sized cubes.
Dip potatoes into hot oil until golden brown.
Heat the ghee, then add the meat and stir until the water is dry, then add the onion, half a teaspoon of garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, salt and black pepper and stir for two minutes.
Then fill the meat with water and leave on medium heat for forty minutes until tender.
Strain the meat broth and meat pieces back into the pot and add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste until the broth boils.
Add the potatoes to the meat and leave on the fire for 20 minutes, then add the lemon juice.
