Pistachio and pomegranate cake ingredients
2 cups of flour
1 cup pistachios
1 tablespoon starch
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup of sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup milk
food coloring – optional
2 cups whipped cream
¼ cup whipped cream
grated chocolate optional
pomegranate seeds optional
pistachios on request
Pistachio and pomegranate cake recipe
In a bowl, mix flour, pistachios, starch, baking powder, cardamom and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is smooth.
Place the same amount of cake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Place another quantity in the second tray.
Put the baking sheet in the oven until the cake is done.
Hide the cream for the filling.
Put the cream in half between two cakes.
Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate, pomegranate and pistachios
