How to make bean stew

Beans are very tasty vegetables that are dried and cooked from white, black or red beans, and in this article we have shown you how to make bean broth. Bean broth is a delicious soup and we brought it to you with two recipes: how to make white bean broth and how to make green beans.
Ingredients for bean broth
1 cup white beans
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 onions finely chopped
1 ½ cups diced lamb
1 teaspoon seven Arabic spices
4 cups of water
2 chicken stock cubes
3 chopped tomatoes
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
Bean broth method
Mask the beans for 12 hours.
Heat the oil, then put the onion with the meat.
Season with spices and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the water and chicken stock cube, then add the beans and tomatoes, then simmer the mixture for an hour until the meat is tender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 5 minutes.
green bean broth
Green bean broth ingredients
2 cups green beans
1 glass of hot water
1 glass of cold water
2 chopped onions
4 minced garlic
¼ cup olive oil
3 tomatoes
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry coriander
¼ teaspoon hot sauce
How to make green bean broth
Heat water in a saucepan on the stove and bring it to a boil.
Leave beans for 5 minutes.
Remove the beans from the heat, then place them in ice water and leave until used.
Heat the oil on the stove, then add the onion, garlic and spices, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes and beans, stirring.
Leave the mixture on fire for 10 minutes.
Remove the broth from the heat and serve hot.
